Customers are often skeptical when a business they know and love changes ownership. But as the former Andrew Flowers garage sees a change of hands, loyal customers needn’t worry as the new owner is a familiar face.

Having started out as an apprentice at Andrew Flowers, Lee Pryor has come a long way as he launches his new buisness Industry Auto Services with the promise that costomers will be looked after in the same way if not better.

I became part of the Andrew Flowers team 17 years ago. When I completed a modern  apprenticeship I became a workshop foreman at the age of 19  before quickly progressing to become the manager of the garage as Andrew was winding down.

I saw an opportunity to continue the business on my own when Andrew retired earlier this year. “Andrew has built up a fantastic business which boasts over 3,000 customers, “This place has been a part of my life for so long it seemed appropriate to take over from Andrew.
“The garage will remain the same in many ways – I have kept on all of the same staff so when you come to us you will still see the same friendly faces, but I have also modernised the business and changed the name to Industry Auto Services.”

Often when we take our car to a garage they can only offer limited services, meaning our vehicle will be sent to other businesses to be repaired. Industry Auto Services are doing everything they can to expand and be able to take complete care of your car. For instance, previously the garage didn’t offer any kind of tyre services, but Lee has ensured his whole team have been trained to be able to repair and fit new tyres to any car.

I have brought the business up-to-date by introducing new software which can read and diagnose any vehicle so there is no need to take it to the deeler when we can do it at half the price.

Industry Auto Services guarantee to keep customers informed of all prices and progress so you will never receive any unexpected bills. The team take a non-jargon approach, allowing you to understand the work they have done and be assured that you’re receiving a reliable service with no unnecessary costs.

Industry Auto Services always strive to get you back on the road straight away, but if they do have to keep your car for a while they have seven courtesy vehicles on stand by, so when your car stops, you don't have to , all free of charge of course .
